Open Chrome Extensions

Enable Developer Mode

Turn on Developer mode with the switch in the top-right corner.

Load the extension

Click "Load unpacked" and select this folder:

Start writing better

Pin QuenDraft from the extensions menu. Select text on any page to open the AI toolbar.

After loading: Works the same in Chrome: popup, side panel, and floating toolbar on Gmail, LinkedIn, Notion, and more.

Open Edge Extensions

Type edge://extensions in the address bar and press Enter.

Enable Developer Mode

Load the extension

Click "Load unpacked" and select the same folder as Chrome:

Pin and use QuenDraft

Open the extensions puzzle icon → QuenDraft → Pin. Select text on any page to use the toolbar.

After loading: Requires Edge 114+ for the side panel. On older versions, quick actions open the panel in a new tab.

Install on Brave

Install from Chrome Web Store when published, or load unpacked below

Pin QuenDraft

Open the Brave extensions menu and pin QuenDraft. Select text on any page to use the toolbar.

After loading: Brave is Chromium-based and runs the same extension as Chrome. After store launch, you can install directly from the Chrome Web Store inside Brave.

Use QuenDraft

Pin the extension from the sidebar. Select text on any page to open the AI toolbar.

After loading: Opera supports Chrome extensions. You can also enable “Install Chrome extensions” in Opera settings and use the Chrome Web Store link after we publish.

Publishing to stores

Package once with npm run package:extension — upload the same zip to Chrome and Edge.

Brave users can install from the Chrome Web Store. Opera users can use the Chrome Web Store (with Opera's Chrome extension setting) or Opera Add-ons.

Chrome Web Store

  1. Create a Chrome Developer account ($5 one-time) at chrome.google.com/webstore/devconsole
  2. Run npm run package:extension from the repo root
  3. Upload apps/extension/dist/quizmy-extension.zip
  4. Add screenshots, description, and privacy policy — submit for review (1–3 days)

Microsoft Edge Add-ons

  1. Register at partner.microsoft.com (Edge Add-ons / Partner Center)
  2. Upload the same quizmy-extension.zip package
  3. Reuse Chrome listing assets; permissions are identical for Chromium
  4. Submit for Microsoft review (typically a few business days)
