Content you provide. When you use QuenDraft AI to write, improve, translate, or summarize text, we process the content you select or submit. This may include text from web pages where the extension is active, messages in our chat interface, uploaded files, email content in supported providers, and YouTube video content or transcripts.
If you are signed in, conversation history is stored in Supabase and linked to your account so you can access it later across the web app and extension. You may delete individual conversations from the app at any time.
Data categories we may process
In Short: Depending on how you use the Services, we may process specific categories of data disclosed in our Chrome Web Store listing.
Personally identifiable information. Such as your email address and account details when you create an account or sign in.
Personal communications. Such as chat messages and email content processed when you use features like AI Reply.
Website content. Such as selected webpage text processed when you explicitly invoke an extension feature.
Extension and usage data
In Short: We collect limited technical data to operate the extension and improve the Services.
The Chrome extension stores session tokens locally in your browser so you stay signed in and can sync with the web app. We may collect usage information such as feature usage, error logs, and basic device or browser metadata to operate and improve the Services.
Payment information
In Short: Payment data is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by our payment provider. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

These permissions are used solely to deliver AI-powered features such as summarization, translation, AI replies, writing assistance, and page analysis.
4. How do we access website and email content?

In Short: QuenDraft AI does not automatically collect content from every website you visit.
Website content is accessed only after you explicitly invoke an extension feature such as Ask AI, Summarize, Translate, Mind Map, or AI Reply.
When you request an AI feature, QuenDraft AI may process webpage content, selected text, uploaded files, email content, or YouTube transcripts solely to generate the response you requested. Only the content required for that request is transmitted to our backend and AI providers.
5. How is your information processed by AI providers?
AI processing and third parties
In Short: Your prompts and selected content may be sent to AI providers to fulfill the feature you requested.
To power writing, translation, summarization, and related features, your prompts and the content described above may be sent to AI service providers for processing. AI requests may be processed using providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, Mistral, xAI, or other providers selected by the user. We send only what is needed to fulfill your request.
We do not use your conversations to train third-party AI models. Your content is processed to deliver the feature you requested and is handled according to our agreements with service providers.
YouTube content
In Short: We process YouTube transcripts or selected video content only when you initiate a YouTube-related feature.
QuenDraft AI may process publicly available YouTube transcripts or user-selected video content when generating summaries or transcripts.
AI Reply (email)
In Short: Email content is processed only after you request AI assistance in supported email providers.
When using AI Reply, QuenDraft AI processes the email content currently selected by the user in order to generate a suggested response. Email content is processed only after the user requests AI assistance in supported email providers such as Gmail and Outlook.

Analytics and error monitoring data are used to operate and improve the Services. We do not use these tools to sell your personal information or to train AI models on your content.

When you delete your account, we will remove or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
